• Most recent Two years of W-2's, 1099's and K-1's
• 30 days of your most recent pay stubs. (3 pay stubs, if paid every two weeks)
• Two Mos. of your most recent liquid accounts statements, i.e., Checking, Savings, Money market, C.D.'s, Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, etc. (please include every page of each months' statement)
• Most recent statement of IRA's, S.E.P.'s, E.S.O.P., 401K, Profit Sharing Plan, etc.
• If a purchase, your sales contract
• A check made payable to Dominion Mortgage Corporation in the amount of $520.00. This amount is only required when formally applying, not for prequalifying

IF A REFINANCE, we also need:

• Copy of your prior closing statement (HUDI)
• Survey
• Front page (declaration page) of your homeowner's insurance policy
• Copy of your most recent payment statement or coupon

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Supporting documentation for other income (child support, alimony, pension or social security)
• Copy of Divorce Decree, if applicable
• If incorporated, last two years corporate tax returns
